"If you think the story has a sad ending, it's because it's not over yet"

✨This book is such heart-warmingly beautiful book. I love everything about this book, the character, the rare plotline, our flawed characters. January and Gus are so great with each other. The have an amazing connection from the moment they met.

✨When January, a romance writer crosses paths with literary wunderkind Augustus, sparks are bound to fly. They have a rivalry from college time. So when they started to live next door to each other, they called a truce and swap their own genre.January is a deeply likeable and funny heroine. She is so wholesome and witty. I laugh out loud so many times with her humor. And Gus who is as deep and brooding as we might imagine. January and Gus are so perfect for each other. I don't think i ever liked a protagonist as much as like January. I absolutely loved how they communicate with each other through notes and their friday and satuday date nights, their bickering with any trivial matters.
But If you are expecting a lovely neighbour beach read to escape from the real world, this book is not for you. They have more issues than a magazine.

✨It's not your typical romance the one's that are over the top , it's so realistically beautiful .The best part of this novel for me was the bond January share with her parents and how sometimes we think everything is perfect and we know people around us ,that our life is so great until it's not and it's okay if it's not perfect because we are loved by imperfect people with all their perfection. It's really a beautiful and good read.
